About the role
What you’ll be working on and why this role matters.
The UX/UI Analyst / Designer will be responsible for understanding user needs, analysing user behaviour, and translating business requirements into intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly digital experiences. The role involves conducting user research, identifying usability challenges, defining user personas, mapping user journeys, and developing interaction flows that ensure seamless navigation and efficient task completion. The candidate will work towards creating consistent and engaging user experiences across applicant portals, officer consoles, and administrative tools.
The role covers the complete UX/UI design lifecycle, beginning with research, requirement analysis, and information architecture, followed by user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity screen designs. The candidate will be responsible for developing visually appealing and functional interfaces that follow established usability, accessibility, and design principles. Maintaining design consistency through reusable design-system components, visual standards, and UI guidelines will be an important aspect of the role. The candidate is also expected to validate design concepts through usability reviews and incorporate feedback to continuously improve the overall user experience.
Working closely with business analysts, product owners, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders, the UX/UI Analyst / Designer will ensure that design solutions align with business objectives, technical requirements, and user expectations. The role includes preparing detailed, developer-ready design specifications, interaction guidelines, component documentation, and design assets to support accurate implementation. The candidate will also collaborate throughout the development lifecycle to clarify design requirements, review implemented interfaces, identify design deviations, and recommend improvements to ensure a consistent, accessible, and high-quality user experience across the platform.
